My creation from the BJD head in IDTS bag

Post by sherrybug »

Those that attended IDTS received a goody bag when we paid our entrance.
In the bag Berdine Creedy BJD artist, Who just happened to win the "Life Time Achievement Award" at IDTS, gifted a BJD doll head in the bags.
THANK YOU Berdine..
I found in my bag a set that did not have the head back. So my cogs in my head started turning. This is what I came up with. I did a new Face-up making her into a Jester. I made her hat and collar. I took an old wooden photo box and lined it and made a Jester shadow box.
I hope you like it. I have more heads to work with....I also found a body I had and re-headed and made this little girl from it. Berdine had painted her so perfect. I could not bear to practice face-ups on her. She will stay as she was painted.

And Jenny Spence and Barbara thank you for the heads you sent me. I am so excited to beable to work on practicing face-ups on them. THANK YOU BOTH.

THANK YOU for looking......

This is the doll I made from the head and a body I had. It will do until I can get the correct body....

You are so smart and creative. I loved seeing and talking to you at the doll show. Not sure what I will do with my "head".

You are so welcome! Unfortunately, neither myself nor Barbara collect this type of dolls, so I messaged Tracy Lorraine and asked if she was interested in them and she recommended that I offer them to Sherry!
I was so glad I didn't just stash them in a closet or elsewhere. This is one talented lady! Glad you can use them with your amazing talent!
