Paypal fees

Does anyone know what percentage paypal charges in fees to seller.

I believe its 3% but could vary state to state. Our state also tacks on an 8% internet sales tax now so would be a total of 11% in my state.

OH my....they are getting expensive since they just sit back and collect the money! But thank you for that information.
