I know a few have asked lately and I've been tinkering with it for a bit but thought I'd give it a try and see how it works...when you go to post you normally see the "Options, Poll creation" tabs below and now you should also see the "upload attachment" tab in-between them. Right now I'm pretty sure it's functional but will see how it goes...you can still of course post images the way you always have by using your own picture host. I'm still messing with it but feel free to try it if ya need to.
