I have a partial silicone Sweet As Sugar by Tina Kewy that I’ve had for a few years. I am not her first mommy and I don’t know how many mommy’s she had for sure. I have only ever rinsed her arms, legs, and head with water twice since I’ve owned her and I’ve only powdered her with cornstarch once. She has a lot of surface peeling and shiny spots. I would love to get her refinished but I don’t know who to ask or how much that costs. Can someone give me some advice? Thanks in advance!
