Help, my Cammi (Ping Lau) body doesn't fit the vinyl parts

Has anybody else made Cammi, and used the body that came with her from Irresistables? I see no way for the neck/shoulder plate to fit in the cloth body? Help, anybody?

If you're asking how to attach the shoulder plate to the body it appears you tie it onto the cloth body similarly to how the shoulder plate of Masterpiece dolls with cloth bodies had their shoulder plates attached. Here is the link to another website that sells the kit and there is a picture of the shoulder plate attached to the cloth body.

The shoulder plate gets attached on the outside of the body. You have to sew it on.
