Headers on the site

How do I keep the headers showing for Home, Feedback, Forum, quik links showing at the top of the pages. If I scroll down, they disappear.

You can't....they are a "static" part of the message board and they've never scrolled down to follow you as you scroll down. The closest thing that could possibly be created to mimic that is to either add something to the menu at the top (which is the first time a menu follows a user on DF) with those links or possibly a floating menu on the bottom.
