Final coat for painted Hair
What should I use for a finishing touch on painted hair? My painting job looks really good, but has a dry look. Any suggestions?

I think I read somewhere that some use glazing gel mixed with thinning medium to brush over painted hair. But try it first before putting it on your doll, because I might be getting it mixed up with the “dewy look”......
