Does anyone have any information with regard to painting reborns with powder? I searched but found nothing useful. Anyone?

Are you talking about PanPastels? If so, MacPherson's has some tutorials and also SweetiePieApril has done a tutorial online. Sorry I don't have April's link but go check out MacPherson's.
