His hair was rooted, he is 17 inches long (premie), ball jointed head. I would only do layaway with Venmo/Zelle/FF through PP, Yes I would ship to Canada, I can take some pictures later today if you would like. I purchased him for $3850 if that gives you an idea on what to offer. Not looking at getting that obviously but it helps people make offers. Thank you
