First I have to say Cecelia is a dream to work with. I was given the honor of painting her Dawson silicone kit. We stayed in contact and she had wonderful ideas as to what she wanted little Jennie D to look like. When finished she was super fast with payment. I would work on a project anytime with Cecelia.
