Hello...Remember Me?

Post by erin1958 »

Hello Everyone.
It's been a LONG time since I've been on here but I've been a continuous member since 2007. I have a lot of dolls I need to sell and tons of clothing. I'm just wondering if anyone remembers me and would consider buying from me? The long time members that are still here could definitely vouch for me and I have no doubt some will remember me. I've simply not been doing anything with my dolls for years and it's time to thin them out. I need the nursery room for a guest room/office now. It's silly but I'm finding that the more I get into the thinning out process, the more interest I'm gaining again. :)

Thanks for reading and I hope to talk with you again.
HAVE A WONDERFUL DAY!!
Cheers, Erin

I remember you. I am thinning down my collection, too and find that I am attached to most of my dolls, so it is hard to decide which ones to sell.

Goofy of course I remember you. I'm not on FB much now so DF is where I hang out although people have left and I wish they'd come back. It was so much fun and I really miss you all so much.

Hi Erin,
Nice to see you. I downsized my collection greatly when we moved a little over a year ago. But please post what you are selling.

Remember you...well, yes, I do!
Like everyone else, I MISS the old Doll-Fan to bits! I so wish it were like it used to be .... it was so much fun!
I always loved looking at all the beautiful babies and different kinds of dolls...and miss that so much!
NOW, with all that being said, I still love my babies to bits and especially the OOAK babies. I sold most of my OOAK collection when I was thinning down my dolls and wish I had not done that. Now that I am retired (and I am OLD as DIRT), I have time to spend with my dolls. I know I need to sell them as I am the only one in our family that cares about dolls and my age tells me I shouldn't collect anymore ... but I am too hard-headed to do that right now. I'm going to collect and enjoy for a few more years -- THEN, I'll part with my dolls! :)
SOOOO, if you are selling babies -- ESPECIALLLY OOAK babies -- PLEASE remember me when you sell them. My email address is: bkillian74@gmail.com or you can message me here. Desperately seeking OOAK babies -- ALL those sculpts we loved and cherished and enjoyed so much right here!
Enough rambling -- Bye for now! Bonnie K

I most certainly remember you, dear Erin! So happy to see you back here! It’s great to see more of the older (as in length of membership, not age. 😉), members coming back! :headspin: :elephant:
Facebook doesn’t seem to have the camaraderie that we have here.
I must admit, I haven’t been on here in a while….life happenings…..but will check in more now. 😉🥰😊
Hugs Annette

 :grouphug: I remember too! I also miss the fun doll topics and all the happenings that would be posted. I've been trying to check in more myself, but still working on that  . Here's to the memories... and making more :toast:

Hi I remember you as well and I miss the old days of DF when you would check it 3 or 4 times a day. I too am starting to thin out my dolls as I will not be able to take them when I downsize my house. Can not wait to see what you have, as can not afford the new ones as prices do not go with limited retirement income
