How can this site sell these?

I saw a site listed on Facebook called Silviicia that has full silicone soft babies for sale for between $30 and $40 each with rooted hair! How can they possibly sell them for that? Has anyone ever seen one of their babies? They cannot possibly be anything like they look in the pictures for that price! Anyone know anything about them? Another scam site??

I don't know anything about this site, but I do know there are too many scammers and fake sellers out there. It doesn't seem real to have them for this price.
