About the teacher
Hello everyone - I am Albie Wentzel. I am so excited for the opportunity to teach the advanced rooting class
The class will be a one day class. I believe that if you learn from the start to root the correct and beautiful way, you will be able to create beautiful babies. We will do mapping patterns and techniques to achieve realistic beautiful baby hair. We will not be able to complete the head but we will at least learn the correct way.
Included in the class
• Squirt Bottle
• Needles (Crown needles – if you are used to root with German fork needles, please bring with)
• Mohair
• A pencil for mapping
• Rooting Pillow
• Brush
• Scissors
• Tweezers
• Instruction Booklet
• Heat Lamp (to insert inside head to heat up the vinyl for easier rooting)
What to bring with you:
• A small lamp, this is very important if you do need more light to work in
• A small size head that has been painted and sealed and is ready for rooting.
• rooting tool if you choose to use one (I prefer to root without a tool – I feel I have more control over my needle this way)

Optional Items:
• Some kind of eye magnification if you need it
• Anything else you may want that I have not listed.
More Information:
****I recommend bringing a smaller size head that is softer vinyl. Harder vinyl usually needs to be heated to make the rooting process easier, which could be difficult for this class.****
