How to remove set paint from a silicone?

I’m painting a Bountiful Baby silicone and made a boo boo that has already dried. Is there anyway to remove silicone paint??

I have read and been told that the only way to remove it is to gently sand it. But never tried it.
Hope you can find an easier way.
